A spacious, modern double room is available in a stylish, fully furnished flat (Room can come unfurnished) located in a secure riverside gated community in Hertford. Perfect for a working professional seeking a calm, clean, and well-located home. The flat has 6 months left on the tenancy, so will be available for 6 months with an opportunity to take out a new tenancy for a further 12 months. Unfortunately my housemate had to move out and I don’t fancy activating the break clause because I love living here!
The landlord will be charging a £50 admin fee in order to put your name on the tenancy agreement.

• Parking available through the landlord for an additional cost
(I personally park at Sainsbury’s nearby – half the price and no issues)
