Female Only Room To Rent Hertford

We’re looking for a friendly, clean and considerate female lodger to join our home and make use of our lovely spare bedroom.
The room is currently set up with a single mattress with a pull-out underneath, which can be made into a double if preferred. We’ll be adding a wardrobe and chest of drawers and removing anything we currently use, so the room will be ready for our new lodger to make their own.
You’ll also have your own private bathroom, with a bath, shower and toilet.
The kitchen and living room are shared, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys a friendly home environment but also appreciates having their own space. Ideally, we’d love someone who works outside of the home during the day and is clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces.
We also have a very energetic and friendly Hungarian Vizsla, so being a dog lover is a must! 🐶 He’s a big part of the family and we’d make sure you’re properly introduced and comfortable with him before moving in.
We’re hoping to find someone who feels like a great fit for our home — friendly, respectful, tidy and happy to have a bit of a chat, while also enjoying their own independence.
