Large room in friendly house in excellent location

This is a superb, large, bright room on the second floor overlooking the back garden. It is furnished with a wardrobe, two chests of drawers, book shelf, bedside table, double bed and Matress, a large wall mirror, a chest mirror and an extra clothes rail. There is also a hand basin in the room with hot & cold water.

There are two bathrooms in the house and a large lounge. The house is fully furnished with washing machine, tumble drier, large fridge, large freezer, microwave etc. There is a large back garden with patio for BBQs with wooden table and chairs.. The drive has off road parking for two cars as well as lots of free parking on the road.

The contract is very flexible with just one month's notice if you need to leave and no notice at all if you want to swap to one of my other houses. You are dealing directly with me, the landlord so there are extra charges or nightmares of dealing with a useless agent.
