This house is just by Hertford East station close to the town centre. The room is a large bright, south facing double room overlooking the back garden. It is available either furnished or unfurnished.

There is a large fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, tumble drier, cooker, large fridge freezer, second fridge, microwave etc. The two men have full en-suite rooms so you will be sharing the lovely bathroom with just two ladies.

The rent includes council tax, waterr and broad band Internet. Gas and electric bills are shared. All the house has full double glazing and a modern, efficient gas boiler with full central heating so bills will be low.

My name is Charles and as I am a full time landlord, I can respond quickly to your needs. You will be dealing directly with me so you will not have the nightmare of dealing with useless letting agencies or having to pay their ridiculous extra fees. The contract is very flexible with just one month's notice if you need to leave.
