Hi there! I’m a 50+ professional with a young mindset, an ex-club DJ, and an awesome vinyl collection. I'm looking for a quiet, very clean, and considerate daytime professional to share my peaceful home (not a party base!).
Because I work from home 50% of the time and have loud video meetings during the day, this house is not suitable for night shift workers.

The Rooms & Space 🛌

Each room effectively comes with its own bathroom facilities!
• Large Double Room (Available Now): Premium furniture and sole use of a huge downstairs shower room.
• Second Large Room (Available Now): Sole use of a huge bathroom just across the hall (shared only if both lodgers are female by agreement).
• The Perks: All bills included (council tax, utilities, fast fibre broadband). Shared modern kitchen (with dishwasher & dryer), large garden, and easy on-street parking.
• Note: No TV licence/iPlayer. There is a £30 checkout bathroom clean fee. Monday–Friday lets are welcome at a £50/month discount.

Essential House Rules 🚫

• Strictly no smoking or vaping inside.
• No charging e-bikes or e-scooters on the premises (fire risk).
• Working from home incurs a £5/day surcharge (max £25/week) for extra utility drain.
