The fully-furnished room is small but the bed is big & the kitchen below has a balcony directly above a bus stop that heads to Stevenage, Luton, Bedford, & Letchworth as well as the surrounding villages & smaller town outlets. Hitchin train station to London, Cambridge & all destinations is along the same road (10min. walk) Church is directly opp., as is the River HIZ & Market-Plce. Shops,, supermarkets & other businesses are a stone’s throw away. Altho’ the LIFT works without fail it IS tiny but everything is available incl. Land~line, WiFi, bedding, towels, air fryer, microwave, gas-hobs, electric oven & every kitchen utensil & appliance imaginable. Washing-machine & dishwasher both capable of drying. Other tenant either out at work etc. or busy when in & self-sufficient so no need to feel accommodating as limited days of the week or wk-end &/or Short Stays also more than WELCOME
