Room to Rent in Beautiful Village Location

Large Room to rent in a beautiful old 5 bedroom detached farmhouse set in a village location, close to both Hitchin and Luton (10 mins to both). Room will shortly have en-suite. My kids have now left home, so I am looking to take in a lodger. I live in the property full time. I run my own business, and am very sociable. The village boasts two pubs, a cafe and a sports club. Off street parking, all bills included, large room, large garden, country views.

The room has just been re-decorated, and will have a top end hydro shower installed very shortly. I have a cleaner in every other Thursday who cleans the communal areas of the house, and the windows are cleaned on the outside of the house once a month. Sky TV also included.

I have said that pets are OK. As I have two dogs myself, this would be subject to meeting to see if they get on. This would also be subject to an extra premium.
