Looking for a female to rent out one of our spare double rooms thats currently available.

Located in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, 7 min walk from Rye House train station, 35 min train journey to Liverpool Street and 10 min to Ware opposite direction.

Free parking, 15 min walk to John Warner local Leisure Centre with a pool, 20 min walk to Hoddesdon town centre - where there are a number of stores, banks, post-office, bars, coffee shops and several major supermarkets.

ROOM: Double rooms, newly furnished, wooden flooring, recently painted, fully furnished and shared facilities of bathroom with one other - and kitchen/dinning area and garden.

Storage of personal belongings would be limited to store in your room only as the rest of the house is communally shared along with the facilities provided.

House/cottage: Is a two floor, three double room property with a large quiet garden and all modern cons, microwave, large American fridge freezer, oven and washing machine. Cutlery, plates pots and kitchen equipment also available to be used.

The home has a cosy feel to it, contemporary style with oak wooden staircase, clean and with a large modern kitchen will utensils and all types of equipment supplied.
The street is very quiet with friendly neighbours and a corner shop close by.

Current resident is in their 50's and speaks fluent english and Spanish and works full time - Easy going, enjoys a good laugh, cooking, music, respectful, tidy/clean, trustworthy and honest..

Smoking is allowed outside by the side of the house or in the back garden where seating area is provided in both locations..
