Double Room in cosy and quiet home

This is a relaxed, friendly home with a calm atmosphere. My boyfriend and I live here with our two affectionate indoor cats, and we don’t usually have people round, so it’s a quiet, easy-going place to live. We’re looking for someone tidy, respectful, and comfortable around cats.

15 min walk / 5 min cycle to Apsley train station (30 mins into London Euston)

Easy access to Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, and Watford by car

Quiet residential area with local shops, green spaces, and nice walks and canal nearby

A cosy double bedroom, furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail, and a folding desk and chair. Furnishings can be adjusted if you’d prefer a different setup.

Full use of the whole house: living room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs bathroom, downstairs WC, laundry room, and garden

Free on-street parking with no restrictions
