We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find Homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help/support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

TRANSPORT
• KNEBWORTH - THAMESLINK Rail is a 10min walk and 45 minutes to Kings Cross station and 8 minutes to Welwyn Garden City
• Local buses at top of the road.

HOUSEHOLDER
A lovely lady in her early 70’s and lives in a lovely spacious 4 bedroom house with a lovely garden in Knebworth, Stevenage.

She suffers from Dementia and recently lost her mum who was living with her and they supported each other.

Family and carers visit but the family feel that extra companionship and support would be very beneficial.

ACCOMMODATION
Large detached 4 bed house with spacious garden
Downstairs large lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, downstairs shower & toilet with sink
Good Wi-fi and study room with desk
The Homesharer will have a large bedroom with single or double bed, wardrobes and storage space. Beautiful garden.
Separate bathroom with bath / shower & sink/ upstairs.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
The room is available immediately subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised
