The room is double-size, but set up as single to give house-mate more space. Overnight visitors welcome for 2 nights a month at no extra charge, otherwise £15 per night. Maximum 2 days per week/weekend
TV with Sky currently installed, but Sky not guaranteed for duration of stay. WiFi included. Occasional home-working possible. Configure the room to your need if preferred. Shared access to kitchen, bathroom, lounge, dining room and garden/deck. The owner-sharer has a home office with second toilet. Free street parking. All pots, pans, cutlery & kitchen utensils are for shared use, subject to good housekeeping. Ditto bed and bath linen. Tesco Express close by. Letchworth Garden City is a town of 34,000 people, with a town centre that has a full-size Morrisons, a Sainsbury's local, a cinema, pubs/bars, restuarants, coffee shops/cafés and a variety of specialist shops. It has pleasant parks and streets for walks or cycling. Hitchin & Baldock are close by. Mortgage provider's occupancy document will need to be completed. 1 calendar month notice to leave by housemate, 2 calendar months notice by owner.
