10 minutes drive to Berkhamsted Station and shops , fifteen minutes drive to St. Albans and Hemel Hempstead , M25 and M1.

Local convenience store , pub and restaurant only 5 minutes walk .

We are an easy-going, young at heart, professional couple who work from home, looking for a like-minded, tidy, independent professional who works away from home and enjoys private quiet time with privacy and comfort on returning in the evening.

Food preparation / meals is in the room. There is no 'buddies' or a 'common' meeting room.

Occasional cleaner provided. Regrettably there is no washing machine / tumble dryer available, but there are good facilities in Berkhamsted .

We do consider shorter than an 6 month at slightly higher rent .The price quoted below is based on an 6 month or longer flexible term.
