Slide lock on bedroom doors available. No desk in room - lodger can consider buying a bed table.

Garage parking is available for additional £25 per month or £6.25 per week charge (can be used if lodger has heavy things for storage) & assigned communal parking available for additional £20 per month or £5 per week charge.

I wouldn’t mind your visitors as long as you are at home and I am informed in advance and comfortable about it.

Pet : dog can be considered if it’s trained and friendly without any additional charges .
