Large double room available for professional person, looking for a quality place to live.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, built in closet, bookcase, computer desk, chest of drawers, desk and bed side tables, it also has wired and WiFi broadband, telephone point and DigiTV aerial socket.

The house is nicely decorated throughout. It has a large kitchen dinner, lounge dinner, and garden with a conservatory, shed for bike storage, BBQ, and off road parking for those with a car. Facilities include Large flat screen TV, separate freezer/fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

Easy access to railway station (5 minutes on foot) - trains to Cambridge take 10 minutes, those to London take one hour.

The village has a butchers, one-stop shop, award winning pub and farm shops. There is also a subsidised gym just up the road.

I am the owner but rarely in the house as I live abroad. I keep the small bedroom room for when I am back in the UK, maybe one or two weeks a year.
