Large double room for rent

A large and light room has become available to rent. It is situated in a 3 bed semi in an unusual location on the edge of the Ruislip Common and woods which provide excellent walking and other recreational activities including golf and horse riding . Northwood metropolitan line-station is about 10 minutes walk away as is Waitrose and the centre with several good places to eat. The rent is £ 600 a month including bills. Tenants can use the kitchen to prepare meals and wash their clothes in the washing machine. The bathroom and toilet upstairs are mainly for tenant’s use and they are asked to share the task of keeping the common parts clean. A third bedroom is occasionally used by the landlady as a Spare Room for family members otherwise the upstairs landing is for tenants’ sole use. I would happily consider a short let of say 2-3 months if preferred.
