I am looking for someone to replace my spare room, as I've recently moved out.

I have a lovely double room available in my first floor flat, on a private road in Northwood, with a parking space.

Both the flat and the room are fully furnished. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, 2 bed side tables, and a chest of drawers. There is also extra storage in the hallway (see pictures).

The apartment has a large sized lounge connected to a balcony that overlooks a shared private green for residents.

There is a large, newly renovated, kitchen, with plenty of storage space.

The room is available from 1st August 2025.

Rent includes all bills.

Transport
The apartment is a 10-15 minute walk to Northwood underground train station. 30 minutes to Baker Street.

There is also a bus stop half a minute's walk away: The Avenue, Rickmansworth Road.

We also have an off-road car park with a parking space.

The apartment is a 10 - 15 minute walk from Northwood High street, where you can find all sorts of shops / bars / cafes:

Shops: Waitrose, Tesco, Boots, Cook, Post Office

The flat is in a very safe area, and we have a friendly building.

My current flatamate is really lovely, she's into gaming and exploring London :) she works 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.
