This is primarily a En-suite room let only - the only communal area accessible to you will be the kitchen to make something to eat. As this is a family home no friends or guest will be allowed to come over and 'chill out' in your room.

Other than the above 'rules', you will be living with a friendly couple. We have two children but they will both be at university.

There is a parking space available if you wish to bring a car.. The monthly rent is inclusive of all gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, Council Tax etc..

Walking distance to Northwood and Northwood Hills Metropolitan Line underground station and shops. Watford is not to far away and there is easy access to the M1 and M25.
