Comfortable room with private ensuite, Northwood

I am a live-in landlord and my spare room, and private en suite shower room, is available for a single occupant. No overnight stays, sorry.
The flat is on the ground floor of a large character house, directly off Rickmansworth Road in Northwood, a short walk from Mount Vernon Hospital, the bus terminal, and Batchworth Heath.
The room is clean, comfortable and practical, with a double bed, desk/chair, wardrobe and two sets of drawers.
(Bed linen, towels, duvet and pillows can be available if required.)
The shower room is attached to the bedroom.
The kitchen is clean and functional, but there is no space for a table to eat at. Share white goods and utilities.
There is a deck at the back of the flat with benches and a table.
Great public transport (buses) to Northwood tube station, and a variety of shops and places to eat.
