Neat and maintained box room less than one min from Northwood Hills Station which is on the Metropolitan Line. Direct access going into Wembley Park, Baker Street, King's Cross and Aldgate. Leafy and quaint area with plenty of local parks.

Looking for someone tidy and quiet. House is modern and recently renovated. All furnishings in room is new.

I am seeking someone who is at least a vegetarian, (no eggs) and does not smoke. Or can respect this while in the house.
