Recently redecorated room. It is a furnished Double Room (currently has single bed) including desk, large mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers.

(I work mainly from home so no issue with there being a bathroom queue!)

Room is at the back overlooking garden.

All bills included, broadband etc.

(oh btw I do smoke but out of kitchen door)
