The large loft space has been lovingly converted to a double aspect light-filled room, with kingsize bed and dreamy memory foam mattress. There is a large walk-in en-suite shower room, a relaxing sofa and desk with chair that faces the rear. With a large fitted wardrobe/cupboard, shelving and additional storage in bathroom, there's room to relax, work and get totally organised.

The contemporary kitchen has a supersized Smeg fridge/freezer, Smeg range cooker, airfryer, m'wave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine etc.
A separate utility room houses new samsung w/machine & a samsung heat pump tumble dryer to use when needed.
The warm, welcoming lounge has 2 large sofas to relax on, an open fireplace and a 50" 4K HDTV, preloaded with freeview tv, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Now tv, Apple tv and Disney +.

The house is big and bright, and has a wonderfully relaxing but creative atmosphere - if you appreciate design/culture/travel and animals it would be a great fit - we have 2 gorgeous cats that are super friendly and love any extra attention!

The existing housemates are a mixed bunch - but they love the ambience of the house and have happily made it their home. They appreciate having the choice of the relaxing shared rooms, and their own space for 'peace and quiet' whenever they need it.

As a 'landlord' I'm unusual too, juggling the house, an Airbnb business and my latest project - a Quirky campervan, which I rent out! We bought the house next door 10 years ago, and we now live there with our Vizsla, so I'm always on hand to help or deal with any issues.

What else? There is ample off street parking, and an excellent selection of good local shops (Morrisons is 3 min walk away!) and places to eat nearby. The Tube is a 7 mins walk away, with efficient trains to the City and Central London. The 282 and H11 bus stops 20m away.
