I am renting my lovely double room for single occupancy with a 4' bed and loads of storage in my clean and tidy home. I live here myself and it's a friendly happy household with a good atmosphere. I have cats, so a cat-friendly tenant is essential 😻
About the facilities; You will have use of a modern bathroom with a power shower. There is a Smart TV with Freeview in the bedroom, eat-in kitchen, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and you will have use of a home gym (at your own risk) and the garden.
There is free Wifi and parking on the road outside the house.
I am looking for a non-smoker with a friendly disposition to join the household.
The home is kosher (meat & poultry purchased from a kosher butcher is fine) so you will need to be either kosher or vegetarian/fish eater. Most fish is fine, but no crustaceans eg prawns.
£790 per month inclusive of bills.
