Newly Completed Studio

Located 2 miles from St Albans town center,
or a 5 minute walk to Park Street train station that either takes you to St Albans or Watford.

The Studio has recently been finished with underfloor heating and a little kitchenette that features a hob, combi-microwave with grill and fridge (inc. icebox). Washing machine is under the bed.

The bed is raised and accessed from a small set of steps, so a certain amount of agility is required to get into bed!
If you are uncomfortable with this please do not book the studio.

There is a patio and the TV has HDMI.
WiFi and all bills are included.
Kitchen has utensils & plates.
No Couples.
