M1 and M25 close by and several buses stop short walk away namely 84 and 298. 10 min walk to Potters Bar railway and 5 min walk to Furzefield Leisure centre.

I'm a live in landlady. Have been renting this room for many years and have welcomed people of all ages from all backgrounds and met lovely people who are lifelong friends now.

The ground floor has in addition to a private lounge, a shared dining room and a coffee room where lodgers tend to enjoy having meals. The loft bedroom is also very spacious.
