You'll be sharing the flat with myself (a teacher) and my kitty 🐈‍⬛

Potters Bar Station is about 15 minutes walk away and the road is served by the 84 bus.

8 minutes to Ally Pally
13 minutes to Finsbury Park
20 minutes to Kings Cross

The room has a double bed with space for storage underneath it, a huge built in mirrored wardrobe, lush plants and a bedside cabinet with drawers and a large lamp. There is also a lock on the door. The room is fully furnished with laminate floors and laminate throughout the flat.

You will have access to an open plan kitchen/living area with use of a washing machine, dishwasher, balcony, Netflix and internet access. There is also a study with a desk and chair should you need to make use of that facility. The bathroom features a bath and shower from the mains. There is a shed at the back of the property for additional storage, although this is best for a bike or plastic covered items as it leaks in heavy rainfall.

Parking is available just outside the block, there is a Tesco Express on the corner, plus a laundrette, excellent chip shop, tattoo parlour, dental surgery, a lovely pub and beer garden, a post office, multicultural food shop and Furzefield Leisure Centre across the road amongst various amenities.

This is a non smoking household and space.
