🏠 Shared facilities

The main house is just across the garden. You will have access to the household kitchen if you would like to cook.

There is a separate downstairs WC within the utility room which you can use for going to the toilet, brushing your teeth and getting ready, so you won’t need to use the family bathroom throughout the day.

The family bathroom is shared for showers only
There is also access to a washing machine in the wc.

We’re based in a quiet residential area of Potters Bar with good transport links.

Potters Bar Station is around a 20-minute walk away, or approximately 5 minutes from the nearby Furzefield Centre bus stop. The station provides convenient connections into London.

The location is particularly convenient for RVC students, placement students or staff looking for accommodation near Hawkshead Campus.

This is a friendly family home with a dog and cat, so you’ll need to be comfortable around animals.
