Modern double room, ensuite, balcony and parking

Firstly: I don’t respond to messages from people without a photo or profile about themselves.

I have a fantastic room available in my beautiful flat in a brand new high spec modern conversion.

There are only 4 apartments in the whole building.

The room available is a double with a gorgeous ensuite, private balcony and private car parking space.

The property is perfectly located in potters bar, just off the main high street and 5 minutes walk to potters bar train station which can get you to central London in 15 minutes.

The the flat is fully furnished to a high standard and the occupier will be able to make use of the modern design open plan kitchen and living room - which has a second balcony.

I am a young professional who enjoys quiet nights, and occasionally having guests over for drinks and also the occasional night out. I'm gay so the tenant must obviously be gay friendly.

I'm looking for a housemate of a similar age, similar interests, who I can have the occasional drink with in the flat but also respect each other's privacy. Must be clean, tidy and respectful of the property.

I’m afraid I cannot accept couples due to space.
