Nice to meet you.

I am a semi-retired financial professional and my wife is a teacher, we are in late fifties.

Our children just left the home nest and we have a one single and one double (en-suite) bedroom available, looking for a quiet tenant.

Please note we have a well behaved, friendly cat.

We live in Mill End, Rickmansworth (WD3 8YF), within 6 minutes drive of Rickmansworth; fast 2 minutes to M25 motorway (Maple Cross exit).
There is also a bus stop 5 minutes walk, with connection to Watford, Hemel Hampstead and Heathrow.

I only show a photo of the house from the street. Unfortunately I am not able to post photos of the inside as it is dangerous - bots harvest them from this site and reuse them in unauthorised listings, used for fraud and deception.

This is a genuine ad, we have a beautiful big detached house with amazing kitchen, huge living room and all mod cons.

Location is very quiet with excellent access to motorway and local area. Plenty of parking always available outside.
