The property has an upstairs bathroom, downstairs toilet and kitchen, these spaces will be shared with one other person. A 29 year old absolutely lovely! female professional. There is a lovely garden. Big park at the front of the house with lots of trees.
Royston is a lovely historic market town. Our house is 7 mins walk to the station with a 13 minute train to Royston and 45 min train to London. Royston Heath has magnificent country walks and stunning views. Lots of big supermarkets, local shops and restaurants. A great place to live. Currently rental would be for 6 months but willing to consider shorter lets and potentially property may be available for a longer term.
