Double Bedroom in 2 Bed Apartment

I've been in St Albans for little over 2 years now and i'm living in a family owned apartment here looking for a relaxed, professional working roommate.

I am 28, originally from Wales and have been working as a video editor the past few years (working from home)

The apartment is located on Hatfield Road just opposite of Clarence Park.

Directly next door (1 min walk) to St Albans city Train Station (trains to London in 20 minutes)
A 15 Minute walk from St Albans High Street
A 15 Minute walk from the large Morrisons & 5 minutes from a small Tescos.

The available room is an unfurnished double with a decorative fireplace.

The flat in the pictures is filled with the previous tenants belongings so it will have different furniture and your room will be unfurnished completely for you to do as you wish.

Bills are NOT included in the rent of £750

Bills are about £180 each month on top

There is no official parking space for the apartment unfortunately. However, you can grab a parking permit for the area once you get here if you have a car and there are some work arounds, previous flat mates haven't had too much issues.

Who i'm looking for:

Someone easy going, independent and looking for a nice time. I'm relaxed about most things and just generally keep on top of what needs doing when using things in the house. It's a small place all in all so it won't be difficult to maintain it!

I love movies and gaming a decent amount but all in all I care most about having someone respectful, considerate and who have a lot of independence since I spend a lot of time working in my room or leaving the flat for a month or so at a time.
