I've just moved to St Albans and i'm now living in a family owned apartment here looking for a relaxed, professional working roommate.
I am 26, originally from Wales and have been working as a Chef the past few years but I am also currently looking for remote work online (i could be spending more time at home down the road).
The apartment is located on Hatfield Road just opposite of Clarence Park.
Directly next door (1 min walk) to St Albans city Train Station (trains to London in 20 minutes)
A 15 Minute walk from St Albans High Street
A 15 Minute walk from the large Morrisons & 5 minutes from a small Tescos.
The available room is a double with a decorative fireplace piece.
The flat in the pictures is filled with the previous tenants belongings so it will have different furniture and your room will be unfurnished completely for you to do as you wish.
Bills are NOT included in the rent of £650
Bills will be roughly £180
There is no official parking space for the apartment unfortunately. However, you can grab a parking permit for the area once you get here if you have a car.
Who i'm looking for:
Someone easy going, independent and looking for a nice time. I'm relaxed about most things and just generally keep on top of what needs doing when using things in the house. It's a small place all in all so it won't be difficult to maintain it!
I make Music as a Producer as my main thing and try my best to watch new movies via Letterboxd during the week. I care most about having people who are respectful, considerate and who have a lot of independence.
