Furnished Double Room - Flexible Short Term

Gorgeous furnished double bedroom available in a recently refurbished two-bedroom maisonette.

The property has its own front door, shared communal gardens and a recently renovated kitchen, bathroom and living room. There is also on-site parking, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

I’m looking for a professional, respectful and considerate flatmate who has their own social and professional life, but is also happy to enjoy the occasional evening together at home. I’m gradually refurbishing parts of the property since purchasing it, so I’m looking for someone who will treat the space with care and respect.

The room is available until December, although I’m flexible on dates and open to different lengths of stay. I’d also be happy to consider someone looking for a weekday base rather than a full-time home.

St Albans City Station: approximately a 20–25 minute walk
Parking: on-site parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. If full, please note there are parking restrictions on the main road between 11am and 1pm on weekdays.
