Furnished Double Room - Flexible Term Length

1 furnished double bedroom available in a recently refurbished two-bedroom maisonette.

The property has its own front door, shared communal gardens and a recently renovated kitchen, bathroom and living room. There is some on-site parking, available on a first-come, first-served basis however parking permits can also be purchased from the council.

I’m looking for a professional, respectful and considerate flatmate who has their own social and professional life, but is also happy to enjoy the occasional evening together at home. I’m gradually refurbishing parts of the property since purchasing it, so I’m looking for someone who will treat the space with care and respect.

St Albans City Station: approximately a 20–25 minute walk
Parking: on-site parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. If full, please note there are parking restrictions on the main road between 11am and 1pm on weekdays.

I’m open to different arrangements in terms of length of stay and number of days per week, so please do get in touch if you’re interested and we can have a chat!
