Double room in lovely 2-bedroom St Albans flat!

Double room available in a modern, bright flat in St Albans - I’m a 27 year old female and currently live here with a close friend, but sadly she is moving to Brazil at the end of the year for a work opportunity so I am looking for a new flatmate! The flat is a 5 minute walk from St Albans City station (where there are regular 20 minute trains to London St Pancras, which is convenient as I work in the office x3 days a week). It takes about 15 mins to walk into the town centre which is absolutely gorgeous.

One of the best things about the room is that it has its own private bathroom — I have an en-suite, so you’d essentially have the bathroom to yourself. The flat has a really nice open-plan kitchen/living room, which is great for cooking, watching TV or having a drink together. There’s also a balcony, which is lovely in the summer. All bills are included in the rent price (council tax, water, electricity, WiFi etc!) and we have a very friendly relationship with the landlord who is extremely responsive whenever there had been any issues around the flat.

I’m looking for someone friendly, clean and easy-going. I’m sociable and always up for a chat/drink/dinner together, but equally happy doing our own thing and giving each other space. Please drop me a message if you are interested ☺️
