Double room and private bathroom

I have just purchased a 3 bed apartment, the third bedroom will just be a study. The apartment is only a 10-15 minute walk from the station. I am looking for someone that is tidy and respectful. My sleep is important to me so I want someone respectful of that. I have just started my own business so I work from home and also work in coffee shops. I enjoy going to the gym, doing yoga, watching nice movies and chilling with my mates. Down for someone that wants to chill together as well :) I also travel a lot so I am often away and will sometimes potentially rent my room out if I’m away for a long time.
