Lodger or a family to rent upto 2 rooms, depending on your requirements. Option 1) double bedroom only, option 2) additional office/ second bedroom. The pricing is between £1100 to £1350 ranging from a single person, one room to a couple, child, with a pet. Whatever your choose, you get your own toilet and wetroom.
This is not a HMO and no other tenants involved, other than the landlord. This household has a licence to accommodate 7 adults, but there is only me and the wife living here plus whoever rents the upstairs rooms (that’s you). I do own dogs.
This is a non-smoking household.
I supply towels, bedding, basically almost everything you might require when you move in, excluding toiletries and food.
There is a large communal kitchen-diner with utilities and appliances, cutlery, plates etc. Large fridge/freezer, lots of cupboard space. No cost to use the tumble dryer or washing machine. Clothes line in the garden for those sunny days.
The house has a nice outlook in a quiet area of Stevenage SG2 0AW, with free communal parking. There is a garden and pets are considered but pets will have to be insured and house trained. 15 min bike ride to the train station / town centre and a short walk to a 120 acre park.
The rent is includes all bills like wifi, water, electric, gas, council tax but excludes a TV license.
