Description
Lodger or a family to rent between 1,2 or 3 rooms, depending on your requirements. Option 1) double bedroom only, option 2) with an office/ second bedroom and option 3) with double seized room for a lounge. The pricing is between £900 to £1400 for a single person renting just one room to the higher amount for a couple and all 3 rooms. Whatever you choose, you get your own toilet and wetroom.
This is not a HMO and no other tenants involved. This household has a licence to accommodate 7 adults, but there is only me and the wife living here plus whoever rents the upstairs rooms (that’s you).
This is a non-smoking household. Just to emphasise, no smokers AT ALL, not just lighting-up outside.
I supply towels, bedding, basically almost everything you might require when you move in, excluding toiletries and food.
There is a large communal kitchen-diner with utilities and appliances, cutlery, plates etc.. Large fridge/freezer, lots of cupboard space. No cost to use the tumble dryer or washing machine. Clothes line in the garden for those sunny days.
The house has a nice outlook in a quiet area of Stevenage SG2 0AW, with plenty of free communal parking. There is a garden and pets are considered but pets will incur an extra rental charge. 15 min bike ride to the train station / town centre and a short walk to a 120 acre park.
The rent is includes all bills, wifi, water, electric, gas, council tax but excludes a TV license.

I am a very easy going, retired 56 male. Keen on DIY, former locksmith, so the house has been developed with security in mind. Wife is 51, loves cooking. Our bedsit is on the ground floor.

Looking for a clean, none-smoker professional/ couple or couple with a child.. Can’t accept people who work from home, unless you are willing to meet the extra house insurance costs, business rates etc.
Happy to show you the rooms over video call, once my current lodgers have departed.
