Ensuite room in Stevenage old town

Hello. So have had a few set backs re getting the flat ready as had to be away for a while. If advert is still up room is still available. Available for viewings realistically from 28th April now and would like it rented soon after by early may. I do not want to mess anyone about so I will be doing my best to get it ready asap.
Video was from last time I listed and need to tidy room as last person left it messy but with a vax of carpet and a little paint in the bathroom should be as per video!

Ensuite room on ground floor of a block of flats in Old Town area of Stevenage. 15 minute walk to Stevenage train station and is about a mile from lister hospital. It is a good size double room. It has a king size bed. It has an inbuilt wardrobe. The ensuite would be for your exclusive use. There is another bathroom with a bath which you would obviously be welcome to use when you want.
Any questions just ask. I work long hours at work and commute into London but am a quiet and considerate person. I am educated to postgrad level (degrees in philosophy and law) and can hold a conversation.
I am respectful of others and understand you might want peace and quiet after a hard day at work. Equally so I am happy to watch some TV and have a chat over a bowl of pasta if you want!
Has a sky package with Netflix and decent broadband.
I am generally looking for a single occupancy but would consider couples. However it would be more like £950 for couples due to the extra cost for bills. Unfortunately the bills for electric and gas are quite expensive here.
