Room to rent. Short term 0- 4months

The house is an ok stop over for short term, the bed is a 4ft double, room has its own fridge with mini freezer, hangers. Super fast Wifi, Washing machine with built in tumble dryer, power shower, Another main freezer downstairs. The house is quite echoey, so we have to try keep it relatively peaceful.

I am very easy going and I’m out quite a lot, you will not really notice me being here. If you are looking for a house share where you have housemates to chill with etc this is not that kind of place you will barely see or here from me because of the way the house is layed out. My room is downstairs. This room is upstairs. There is another room up there but it is kept empty. Very rarely someone will be next to you for a couple of days max and you will get advance notice. So it will just be you and bathroom. I generally wait to use kitchen or bathroom if I hear somone else out there. So it feels private.

There is NO living room. Garden and shed to store bike / scooter,

Rooms have security locks on doors.

Blank profiles are less likely to get a response.

Room for 1 person only .

The price is all bills included. The deposit is a cleaning fee. If you clean the room when you leave, you get it back.
