Single room available in my semi detached house for professional, ideally working at least 3 days in the office. Fully furnished and all bills included. Shared kitchen, living and dining room. There’s a main bathroom upstairs and a downstairs WC. There’s also a big garden too.

Located just off the back of Stevenage old town 2 min walk to the gym, 3 min walk to shops and 15 min walk to the station. Ideal for MBDA, Airbus, GSK etc. or commuters who work in London. Parking is available on street outside with a permit or it’s free a minute up the road, also plenty of space for a bike out the back. You’ll be living with myself, I’ll probably be in and out socialising or if I’m not I’ll be playing games or watching tv. I have a cleaner come once a month so just lightweight keeping the house clean in between. Great location for getting in and out of London and convient for Stevenage amenities.
