You’ll have access to a shared kitchen with an oven, gas hob and washing machine, plus a shared bathroom with a bath and separate shower.

Parking is available and is 20 minute walk from the train station.
Looking for a clean, tidy and considerate person who will respect the home and shared spaces.

Please note that the property is currently on the market, as I’m looking to move to a larger home with parking. Selling and moving can take several months, and I do not currently anticipate moving within the next four months, although the exact timing is not yet confirmed.

My intention is to offer my lodger a room in the new home at the same monthly rent, subject to finding a suitable property. I’ll keep you informed throughout the process.
