Beautiful King Room in Central Stevenage

Looking for a housemate to stay in the downstairs (largest) room of this beautifully refurbished house. The property has a shared living room with Sky TV & sports, a luxury leather sofa, ultrafast 900Mb/s broadband, a large open plan kitchen with premium cutlery, plates and appliances fitted. There is also a garden and patio which backs on to a forrest, so the area is quiet and relaxing. Ideally want someone friendly who can look after the shared areas, who is clean, calm and respectful to others in the house, and who can cook good food 😀

Location: close proximity to the lake, and walking or short drive distance to the station, old town, high-street shops

Bills are not included in the ad but are estimated ~£100/month, can be included into a monthly figure if desired.

There is one shared upstairs bathroom with bath & shower and plans ongoing to install a second downstairs toilet (house of 3).

The photos show a large mirrored wardrobe in the process of being fitted - the room will come fully complete with wardrobe, and a desk too if desired.

Also almost everything in the house is premium and brand new: ultra soft mattress, king size bed, wardrobe, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, sofa, microwave, appliances etc.
