Please note the cost of rental is for a couple sharing the room, for single occupancy the cost of rental is £840.00 per calendar month.

This room is available to a professional, who is a non smoker.

All bills are included in the rental price.

High speed broadband is available at the property.

The house has a large kitchen diner equipped with an oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, cooking pans and utensils. I have a full time cleaner who regularly cleans all the shared areas within the house, my friendly team also fully maintain the house and private garden. On-street parking is available.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, a desk and chair, there is also a TV point in the room.
