The house is located on the outskirts of Pin Green. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the bus stop and is about a five to ten minute drive in the car to the old town or the new town.

The rent includes: council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV license. We also have cleaners who attend every two weeks to clean the communal areas.

There is also free high speed broadband.

The room comes with:

- wardrobe with mirror,
- bedside cabinet,
- desk with chair
- lots of sockets including a TV aerial point.

The room also benefits from an ensuite which has:

- Sink,
- Toilet.

The house has a relatively newly fitted kitchen and has all of the modern features you've come to expect including a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven and hob, microwave and much more. It also benefits from a reasonable sized dining area and a large rear garden.
