Spacious double annex room on ground floor, with private en suite shower room and secure entrance in stunning 4 bed detached family home.
The annex room contains 3 x chests of drawers , bedside table , microwave, fridge freezer, kettle , tv , free WiFi , and there will be a new double bed .
We can also provide either wardrobe or hanging rail , whichever is preferred, and a two seater sofa if desired . The room is big enough to have a bedroom area and separate seating area . Outside there is a large garden including bar area, trampoline and outdoor table and chairs on decked area. Inside there is a large farmhouse style kitchen with boot room, utility room , downstairs cloakroom, two separate living rooms and a dining room. There is secure , private gated parking for 3 cars directly in front of the house on the driveway.
We are two professionals (teachers), with a daughter away at university and two teenagers who stay occasionally at weekends / holidays. We have a dog and cats so it would be beneficial if you liked animals , or at least are not allergic!
