I’m renting out my loft room for the first time, so I’m looking for someone respectful, easy-going, and tidy. Ideally someone office‑based, mid‑30s to early‑40s.

About the room:
It’s a large double loft room with fitted wardrobes, loads of natural light, Furnished, very quiet, and on its own private floor. The bathroom is shared.

The house:
Recently renovated, clean, and well‑kept. Open‑plan living/dining/kitchen, good‑sized bathroom, and a large garden. Fast WiFi included.

6‑minute walk to both Theobalds Grove and Waltham Cross stations — direct links to London Liverpool Street and Stratford.
