Large double bedroom with en-suite shower overlooking beautiful garden and fields, comes with your own private lounge and down stairs toilet, situated on a (cul-de-sac) only a few minutes drive from ware town centre and main railways into London, parking available at the top of close or surrounding roads, all bills included, WiFi included, one female occupant only, no use of the rest of the house apart from washing machine use available, garden use available, must be dog friendly as have small friendly dogs.

Lounge will be provided with air fryer, toaster and kettle.

For rental you will need to provide,

Proof of employment.
4 months paye slips and bank statements.
DBS check.
Previous landlord Refrence if possible.
Employment reference if possible.

If all checks are ok and we agree on rental.

Tenancy agreement will be one month rolling contract 📑

Deposit amount of £1000 will be required.

Rental is paid in advance on the date of move, thereafter on same date monthly.
