Large double bedroom with en-suite shower overlooking beautiful garden and fields, comes with lounge and down stairs toilet, situated on a (cul-de-sac) only a few minutes drive from ware town centre and main railways into London, parking available at the top of close or surrounding roads, all bills included, included, one female occupant only, must be dog friendly as have small friendly dogs.

Lounge will be provided with air fryer, toaster and kettle.

Deposit amount of £1000 will be required.

Rental is paid in advance on the date of move, thereafter on same date monthly.
