This is a huge room with two windows, a double bed, chest of drawers, shelves and clothes rail. It is a really friendly house with some great people. The large kitchen has two cookers, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, fridges and freezers etc. There is full gas central heating with radiators in every room. All windows are double-glazed. There is off road parking for six cars on a large driveway. The back garden has a lawn and patio for summer BBQs.

The rent includes council tax, water rates and internet. Gas and electricity bills are shared. The contract is very flexible with just one month’s notice if you need to move elsewhere.

You will be dealing directly with me, the landlord or my full time assistant, Rupert so there are no extra fees or agents. We are quick to respond to your needs and return deposits back promptly.
