The room is a good size with a double bed, desk and chair, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, shelves and clothes rail.
This is a really friendly house with some great people. There is a large kitchen with washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, fridges and freezers etc.

There is full gas central heating with radiators in every room and full double glazing so you will be really warm. There is off road parking on a double driveway and a large garden for summer BBQs and a garage for storing your bike.

The rent includes council tax, water and broadband internet. Gas and electricity bills are shared. The contract is very flexible with just one month’s notice if you need to move elsewhere.
