It is fully furnished with a double bed; a bedside drawer unit & bedside lamp; two wardrobes (with mirrors on doors); a chest of drawers; an armchair and coffee table; and also a desk and chair.
Rent includes all the utility bills - water, gas, electricity, council tax. Also includes super fast Virgin internet with Mesh router providing excellent coverage throughout the house.

You have shared use of the following amenities:
* A well-equipped modern kitchen supplied with all the utensils, crockery, cutlery etc you need;

If you have a car take note that there is restricted parking on Cassio Rd during the day Mon to Sat.
Residents may purchase a parking permit from Watford Council which allows parking in the surrounding roads in the Zone during the restricted parking times. Further information is on the Watford Council website.
