Room for rent in a house. Bills included.

We are looking for a tidy, clean, organized, team worker person who wants to stay in a quiet house with people who work at different times (we are nurses) and respect the silence when need and how we organize the house with cleaning and everything. The room is for one person only. If you want to see more pictures contact me. Here I only post the room pictures for security.
Is a two floor house with a big garden. All the rooms have a double bed. There are two toilet, kitchen and leaving room.
We are friendly and looking after each other. We are living together for many years and wellcoming you to join our small abroad little family. We are from Spain and Hungary and any nationality is welcome. :)
Not rent for a single week, for couples or students.
