All tenants in the property currently are a mix of genders and all working professionals. Everyone is very sociable and there is a great community atmosphere in the property. We are looking for working professionals only for this property.

Tenants are able to apply for on-street parking permits from the local council when available at an additional cost. Please enquire if you are likely to require street parking at the property.
