Watford Junction station is round the corner, and Watford General is only a 10 minute walk away.

The kitchen and dining area is the hub of your home. There is plenty of well thought out spaces for socialising, cooking and dining together. The well stocked kitchen and eat-in lounge area are organised in such a way that should you decide to cook for one or for plenty, everyone will have space to flow freely. The worktop space is a big priority, as well as storage cabinets.

You will enjoy 2 x state-of-the-art induction hobs that are cool to the touch (wipe clean), 2 x self-cleaning double pyrolitic ovens, microwave oven, dishwasher and 2 x double fridge freezers.

Grab a quick coffee at the Nepresso coffee machine, or maybe you fancy a full-on feast on the big dining table. You don’t have to wait for the summer to eat out on the patio. The lounge area is the perfect place to hang out, eat and work. USB power points and mesh disc technology for super fast connectivity. Netflix and Apple TV included on the big smart TV.

Your bedroom is your own private haven. The interiors are muted so you can relax, whilst still bold, fun and quirky.

As much storage space as possible has been incorporated whilst keeping the rooms beautiful. All bedrooms have orthopaediac double beds for a superb night’s rest, a work space with plenty of shelving, under-bed storage and huge wardrobe spaces, plenty of power points with USB connectivity and CAT Ethernet cables.

Walls have been prepared to hang your TV. Carpets are luxuriously thick and plush underfoot. A sense of privacy around the bedrooms is kept throughout. All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Wonderful rainhead showers and storage in all bathrooms. Mornings are a breeze with a new water system for an endless supply of hot water and great water pressure at all times.

A beautiful home works efficiently and like clockwork- there is a huge utility cupboard provided with a handheld hoover (for those quick cleans) as well as all the other standard fare.

Don’t worry; you won’t be stressed as your cleaner will be visiting weekly to keep the shared living areas lovely.
